Build Basics
Difficulty: Easy to play, hard to get the eq right
Hometown: San Fransico
Stat Order: Perception, Constitution, Strength, Dexterity, Mind, Spirit
You choose SanFran because that is the only hometown to get the Twogun skill.
Target Stats
100 Perception, Perc is one of the drivers to shoot accuracy and damage
90+ Constitution, 65 needed for Innate Defense, the rest is just beefing up your HP
65 Dexterity, Needed for innate defense and also helps with tumble/dodge
65 Strength, Needed for innate defense and also helps with carrying loads of ammunition
20 Mind, Needed for innate defense
1 spirit, You'll want as little spirit as possible without dropping below 1. Dropping below 1 will result in not being able to use ANY skills
Ranged Accuracy, You'll want ~30 which is another stat the determines damage and accuracy of shots fired. People will argue that you need more, let them argue, you don't.
20+ Mitigation
High AC
NONE OF THE ABOVE NUMBERS INCLUDE BUFFS

Recuperation (Trained to full)
This will leave you with somewhere around 10 practices, use as you see fit
Rage, Block and Weapon Mastery do not work with this build and are wasted practices
Era Abilities (In order of importance):
Innate reload, get this first and foremost as you'll no longer have to reload your guns, it'll just do it automatically
Rapid Fire, This allows you to sometimes get a third shot off in round. This is imperative to get asap
Improved Recuperation, better self healing
All PAckrats
Everything else to your preference
EQ Notes:
You'll want to have dual pistols, i recommend the heroic beaumont-adams in D-day x2.
(You can easily substitue the heroic rifle and forget twogun, but it's significantly less damage)
Build Description
This is a great build for facetanking solo content or even running in a group as the tank. (WARNING: if you run as a group tank, which you can, you'll have to agg 3 which will result in lower damage.)
Group play and solo play are almost identical. You'll basically just spam "twogun" and watch things die. Ensure innate defense is always up, balance if you're tanking.
You should end up with around 1000 hp, 30 ranged accuracy, 20+ Mitigation, 100 perc with innate defense stats at end game eq and be able to tank fairly well while putting out VERY solid damage. I'm able to solo Barrows with this build pretty regularly.
