Syntax: shoot <person>
This skill allows you to shoot a one-handed tech gun from your inventory.
Skill use is automatic - shooting when you have a gun or bow equipped is
unchanged, but if you don't have one equipped, the gun in your inventory will
be fired instead.
You cannot aim your shot, and you cannot use quickdraw to fire
non-technological missile weapons (like bows or crossbows) or two-handed
guns from inventory. You must be a sharpshooter for quickdraw to work.
