Hit points are a measure of your character's health. A high constitution
will bless your character with more hit points as they are hardier than
the average person. Hit points are often lost while fighting and may be
lost from using certain skills or suffering from poisons. If your
character loses all of their hit points, they will die. Sleeping and
resting will allow you to recover your hit points faster.
