Archer

Summary

This skill is the middle proficiency level for the use of bows and crossbows.
Unlike the other weapons proficiencies, the projectile weapons proficiencies do
not affect one's rate of attack, merely the accuracy with which one hits the
target. This means that those who learn the archer skill will do more damage
with a bow or crossbow than someone who hasn't.

Note that this skill does not affect the use of technological missile weapons
like guns and rifles at all.
