Weapon mastery is a passive skill that works with the different weapon skills
that you have increasing your chance to hit with each type of weapon. You
increase your chance to hit with each proficiency level (Basic, Advanced, and
Expert) learned.
When wielding a 2-handed weapon, WEAPON MASTERY sometimes triggers an
additional swing.
NOTE: You cannot learn this skill if you know CHANT or AUGMENT and vice versa
even if the skill appears in your allskills listing.
