AT is one of the easiest runs to do, you can even solo or duo the first floor. Be careful when throwing/shooting experts because 2 or more may rush at once, expect this to happen, because it's the times you don't that you get screwed. For a good AT run it's good to have a a good tank, a hitter or two, and a healer. Combining any of these types on one character is fine. So if you have a surgeon who can also hit well then they take up both of these requirements.
This is also a run that only has a soft level requirement, any level character can enter AT and level up fairly quickly but there are things to look out for. When characters under level 35 join the group and run with you, some assassins, usually the expert or veteran ones, will retarget towards lowbie characters if they're present, make sure the tank has a trigger for rescuing when the retargeting line goes through, and if they have no trigger make sure that they keep their eye out. Some assassins will also do a special that will only affect the lowbies, if they see them. Have the healer keep an eye on these character's health and make sure they don't die. If a low character dies, it's not the end of the world. Most characters make more xp then they lose when they die in AT. They should know that there is a possibility of dying before they join the group, and be willing to accept the consequences.
You can recall in any room to leave AT.
To get to AT from the French Beach go south, west, west, south, south, west, south, south, south, all east, south, east, south, east, east, south, east, east, east, south, south, south, south, all east, north, north, west, north (s2w2sw3s9eses2es3e4s5e2nwn).
This will put you in the room with George. Kill George and then get ready to kill the dragon. George is very simple with a group, but the dragon is a tad harder and likes to set your stuff on fire. Neither require much concentration or power to kill though and are both solo-able if you know what you're doing. The dragon is east of the room with George, shoot or throw him in and kill him. Inside the corpse of the dragon is the eye which is used to unlock the door to AT. Put the eye in a bag so that outlaws don't steal it from you, and continue to AT.
Note: Most of the time the eye is left at the door of AT and you only need to get it if the system restarted or crashed recently.
From George's room go south, east, all north, all east, north, east, east, south, all east, north, all east, north (se5n3enes3en5en)
This puts you in the room before the mountain cat. If you have someone who has the killing blow on the Grand Master Assassin, have them lead the group north, otherwise you will need to kill it.
It's not a hard mob, and can be easily solo'd.
Even if you can lead past the cat you might want to kill it anyway in case someone dies in AT and needs to get back.
You can also flee past him.
After you kill the cat go all north, all east, then fly or climb all up
This will put you at the door to AT. Get the eye out of the bag or off of the floor and unlock north, open north, drop eye, and go north
Be sure to drop the eye and move quickly because the door will close fast, and you may need the eye later if someone dies.
The first few rooms usually do not contain expert assassin's but have your shooter/thrower always check. Make sure everyone is ready and shoot in the mobs in this order: Expert, Veteran, Experienced, Assassin
Some assassin's use a special that sits the tank on the floor so make sure that the tank stays standing to take the least amount of damage. Shoot/throw till clear in each room and move east, all north, west, south
This will put you in A Paradise. Each person can smell once per run in this room to receive some hp. There are also some black potions in the bench that you can use. Usually around 3.
Go north, now shoot till clear in each room and move west, south, south
Now you have to move up. There are 2 expert assassins in the next room. The assassin's are not shootable from this room, so you have to rush.
Have the tank move up when you are ready, and have the rest of the group follow after he leaves.
Do the same thing as the first floor, shoot till clear in each room and move east, east
Here we have another up room, and the assassin's do not rush.
You can, however use aim to find out what is up there before you go.
It is possible to shoot the experts to get them to move out of that room but they wont rush you.
I do not recommend doing this because they will most likely come back while you are fighting the other assassins.
If you cannot handle the assassins in the next room I suggest you give up and recall out.
Once everyone is ready and willing to rush, have the tank move up first and the rest of the group follow.
Shoot till clear then move east. Here you have another up exit but you CAN shoot them in from here. Shoot till clear and move up, west, down, do not sit in this room for long or you will drown, move west, shoot till clear, move west, shoot till clear.
You are now in the room before the Grand Master Assassin. Make sure that your tank is ready to handle the damage, and ask the group if they would like to entrance or floor him. If they do not have a preference make a decision based on the size of the group.
If you are entrancing him, have the whole group move in at once and spam entrance. Then have the tank rescue out whoever gets attacked, then kill master, and make sure you don't break entrance.
If you are flooring him then have the tank go in first and the rest of the group follow to keep accidents to a minimal. Then use flooring skills to keep him on the ground.
