Head to Freiburg, City of Trade and hunt Merilyn
You will use the "scribe" command, this tradeskill works very similar to fletching and is pretty straight-forward. You will always need a pen, ink and fine parchment (the pen is never consumed). The only thing that changes is the last item(s) in the recipe. You will progress in a linear way through these recipes:
Creates a scroll of the identify spell
Creates a scroll of the hide spell
Creates a scroll of the limn spell
Creates a scroll of the detect hidden spell
Creates a scroll of the true form spell
Creates a scroll of the greater true form spell
