Entrance is at 'The Village of Nikko' (you can potentially hunt Kitsune from the entrance of Japan to find it)
ASK ELDER TOSHOGU to be transported to the expansion area.
The immediate area you will find yourself in is realtively safe.
#####The Entry -
When you and your group are ready you move north until you reach 'The Ishidori Gate' and the three bushi guarding it.
Announce the keyword BUSHI, if you have an entrancer you should entrance all three of these and let people know not to be careful of their targets and not to bash them.
#####The Lower Shrine -
Once you have killed the three bushi, announce the new keyword KANZEN
Shoot to clear those and then move north to 'A Courtyard in the Lower Shrine' this is a tunnel room, be sure to let your group know that they need to move too. Shoot to clear and move north again.
#####The Upper Shrine -
Shoot to clear and if clear move up to 'The Omotemon Gate' this is another tunnel room so let your group know to follow you.
Shoot to clear again and then move north to 'A Pathway in the Upper Shrine'
Shoot to clear again and then move west to 'A Pathway in the Upper Shrine'
Shoot to clear again and then move west to 'A Pathway in the Upper Shrine'
Now return east to the crossroads room, and announce the keyword HORSE which is south at 'The Sacred Stable', you will need to rush it.
#####Bloodspeakers -
Once the horse is dead you should ensure that the rooms on the way to the basin to remove the "Death Curse" are clear, the basin is located in the 'Omizuya, The Purification Building' which from the stables should be N,W,N,W.
Announce the keyword BLOODSPEAKER and let the group know that if they receive the "Death Curse" status from the bloodspeakers they need to get to the basin and drink to remove it, WARNING! DO NOT DRINK FROM THE BASIN IF YOU ARE NOT CURSED
Move back to the crossroads which should be E,S,E.
The first bloodspeaker is north from here in 'The Upped Sacred Storehouse', kill it, and run back to the basin if necessary which is S,W,N,W.
The second bloodspeaker is S,E,N from the first one, and is in 'The Middle Sacred Storehouse', kill it, and run back to the basin if necessary which is S,W,W,N,W.
The third and final bloodspeaker is S,E from the second one, and is in 'The Lower Sacred Storehouse', kill it and run back to the basin if necessary which is W,W,W,N,W.
Get the 'lacquered key' from the final corpse and return to the room east of the purification basin, it will be 'A Pathway in the Upper Shrine' with an up exit. Move up to 'Before the Yomeimon Gate'
#####Ogre, Drum, Cats, Etc
UNLOCK NORTH, OPEN NORTH and move north to 'The Yomeimon Gate' then move east to 'The Bell Tower'
Announce the new keyword OGRE and rush up to 'Atop the Bell Tower' and fight the first of them and get the 'drum tower key' from the corpse. Now move back down and west, UNLOCK WEST, OPEN WEST, and move west to 'The Drum Tower'
PLAY DRUM this will open a gate further north. Announce the keyword ONI
Move east, then have someone check for ONI or KAMAITACHI on scan, if you accidentally walk into these it can be quite a tough fight. They are potentially in the room north from 'The Yomeimon Gate' so premake a bunch, be ready to rescue a lot, basically just overprepare because honestly people die all the time in this fight, and I dont know the tactic to avoid that.
Anyway you will potentially fight a few different Oni in that fight, once they are all dead you will Bloodspeaker Bakemono will announce on chat to come see him.
Now you can move north through the 'The Karamon Gate' and into 'Inside the Haiden' this is the room before the fight.
Announce the keyword BAKEMONO, in this fight there are limited attack slots however there will be several tentacles as have some of your DPS focus on them and feel free to AoE, premake a few poultices and move north to 'Inside the Honden', this is another tunnel room so make sure people are warned to follow you.
Once he is dead, get everything from the corpse and have the group return through the tunnel room south, then head south several times and finally east to 'The Sleeping Cat Gate' here you should have three people with "Detect Invisibility" pat the Manekineko, this will spawn the area shopkeeper by the entrance at 'Near the Toshogu Shrine'. This mob sells various items from the area on a rotating basis.
#####The Bells -
Not sure if you can do this earlier than this or not, I am writing this based off a fairly sketchy log, but return all the way back downstairs to 'The Gojunoto Pagoda' and announce the keyword AVATAR.
PLAY BELL which will summon the Avatar of Thunder, kill him.
Now head all the way back up to 'The Bell Tower' and then PLAY BELL from there move east from 'The Sleeping Cat Gate' to 'The Stairs of Stone', announce the keyword BUSHI and warn the group that they need to essentially move up the stairs as fast as possible, if they fail they will lose around 100hps and need to try again. The path is N,U,N,U,W and if you make it you will find yourself at 'On Top of the Stairs of Stone' and if you got there quickly there will be several bushi whoever makes it need to fight. They are fairly easy.
Once they are dead announce the new keyword SHADE and move up, prepare however you need to and then move north to 'The Grave of Lord Tokugawa Ieyasu' to fight the final boss.
And thats pretty much that.... to leave you can recall or you can sleep at the entrance, or you can go to the bridge and jump off it.
