This skill will allow you to submerge yourself and play in underwater rooms
for a set span of time, likely 1*(your level) ticks. There are three warning
messages before your breath runs out, and if you are still underwater when it
runs out, you will drown.
NOTE: This skill currently is automatic and does not need to be invoked.
