You must first complete the <a href="/quest/146">elite guardsman quest</a>. Buy a mirror from the Smithy in Romania. Find the king's brother in the Reflective Bedroom -- GIVE MIRROR BROTHER. The brother will give a note to you. Go to General Gales -- GIVE NOTE GALES. He will lead you to the throne room and kill the king . You receive EXP.
