I didn't actually keep track of how much I spent on the slots, unfortunately. My guess is that it the whois is awarded somewhere around 250k, but it might be higher.
As of 6/09/19, this whois has been changed from ...spent a small fortune on the Liberty Bell slots! to ...spent a small forture on slot machines! This indicates that the total is probably inclusive of the slot machine in Inferno as well.
