Find Raziel at his fortress on Shehaqim, and ask him CHERUBI. He'll tell you a bunch of things culminating in him asking you for a shimmering demonscale to prove your worth as a demon slayer. Go to Inferno and make your way through Malebolgia. You'll need to kill a Hellraker for the demonscale. The safest method is to find one which has a demonscale equipped (not all of them load it) and which is alone at or near the Palm of Antaeus, since they assist and are total jerks. If things go poorly you can SIT PALM, even during combat and be transported to safety.
Take the demonscale back to Raziel and give it to him for the whois. The Cherub Enforcers in the stone maze will no longer be aggresive to you.
