Find the travelling merchant near the black rhino in savanna and ask him rifle.
A traveling merchant says to you, 'My buyer wants an ivory tusk, a zebra pelt, a pair of snake-skin boots made from
the skin of a python and a rhino horn for, ahem... medicinal purposes.'
Zebra pelt is from a random zebra nearby
Ivory tusk is from the elephant nearby
Rhino horn is from the black rhinoceros (random load)
For boots, you need to kill the python and get the pelt (Must have skin and skin corpse)
Then you must have man-eater whois, go to t'kalo, give him the hide from the python, wait for boots
