Bond on Loot: this item will not be removed from the pile of dust (corpse) via "get all dust" and the player who attempts as such will receive a message stating that they did not obtain the item. The person who removes the item from the corpse will be the one to whom the shoulderpads become bound.
Armor: The item has the ability to cast the spell via the 'use' command, akin to how the blackthorn ring is capable of casting.
