This is a buff obtained by throwing a crow coin into the randomly-spawned wishing well. Buffs are not always obtained, with the player only being awarded faction points instead. The base length of most of the buffs (pre-Bountiful Benefits) is about 10 minutes. A character will only receive one buff at a given time.
