Meteor

Mana cost : 225
Targets : Others
Base Damage: 225

Sends a torrent of magical energy tearing into the heart of your opponent.
This spell is so powerful it cannot be stopped by a magic sink nor will it
fail to hit your opponent.

Once successfully cast, a 4 round timer is put on the caster before it can
be cast again. If you attempt to cast it again during this time, it will
not work.

Note: At most, meteor will do 1/2 of a mob's maximum hit points (this is
calculated before any criticals or damroll adjusment is applied)

This skill currently is not implemented for PKill.
