This skill is the middle proficiency level for the use of guns and rifles.
Unlike the other weapons proficiencies, the gun proficiencies do not affect
one's rate of attack, merely the accuracy with which one hits the target.
This means that those who learn the sharpshooter skill will do more damage
with a gun or rifle than someone who hasn't.
Note that this skill does not affect the use of non-technological missile
weapons like bows and crossbows at all.
