Syntax: tailor <garment> <source material>
Allows you to make any number of armor items out of CLOTH, LEATHER, or FUR
components. You must hold the material you are working from. Fiddle with
keywords -- you can tailor shoes out of cloth or leather, or tailor boots out
of leather or fur, etc. Not all wear slots are available in all three materials.
You will need raw materials to tailor new items.
