Syntax: hrescue (no target necessary)
Syntax: hrescue all
HRESCUE with no arguments will rescue anyone in the group that is being
attacked by anything. This will take those people out of the fight
and they will have to re-engage.
HRESCUE ALL will rescue everyone in the group and leave the person
using heroic rescue as the lone combatant (all heroic-y and stuff)
Both rescue and heroic rescue have a move cost (5 and 8) respectively
Both rescue and heroic rescue benefit from being under bastion
in that their skill waits are reduced.
You must learn RESCUE in order to learn Heroic Rescue.
