Syntax: this skill is automatic once learned.
This skill gives a chance to parry attacks from opponents. Although it is
primarily targeted at piercing weapons used with the fencing proficiency,
parry can also be used with other weapon types. Not all weapons are able
to parry, though some individual weapons may give a bonus to the skill.
There are also Advanced Parry, and Expert Parry skills available to certain
hometowns.
Additionally, some items will include a PARRY BONUS which will further
improve your ability to parry.
