Syntax: mend <item>
Syntax: mend <item to be mended> <item to mend with>
The item must be considered by the game as ARMOR of type CLOTH, LEATHER
or FUR, and if successful you will repair that garment by one stage on the
eq damage scale. You can mend repeatedly in order to get the garment back
to excellent condition. A badly damaged item may require another piece of
cloth or a piece of tanned leather in order to mend it.
Mend works only on non-magical armor. If you get the message 'xxxx cannot be
mended by normal means' it means it's magical armor.
