Syntax: judge <person or mob>
A warrior's skill which will assess the effectiveness of your target in
a direct comparison of your hit points, strength, dexterity, armor class
and alignment.
If you have the SCAN skill, you may 'judge <mob> <direction>' and judge
a mob in an adjacent room.
