Each fencing proficiency (basic, advanced, and expert) increases your attack
speed with piercing and backstabbing-type weapons. The speed increase may
or may not be immediately visible in the form of more attacks per round.
These skills are best used in combination with concentrating on dexterity
as your primary fighting stat.
