Syntax: diagnose <person>
A pair of doctor's skills which allow you to assess the physical fitness of
your patient and try to determine if they have any ailments.
Additionally, this skill improves your chance to land a backstab as well as
increasing the chance to paralyze with your BACKSTAB.
This skill is a prerequisite for field surgery.
