This is a level 50 solo quest.
In ancient Egypt follow the Nile south, until you reach The Docks of Thebes (A journal entry will prompt the first time you pass through the area).
Journal Name: Reach Thebes
Journal Entry: The priests of the new god Aten fell over Thebes, the old capital of the clergy of Amon. You should visit the temple and see for yourself.
Find the ruins of the temple of Amon in Thebes.
From The Dock of Thebes go: E, S (Room: Hiding in the Ruins)
Journal Reach Thebes will be marked completed & a new Journal will be created:
Journal Name: Free the priest of Amon
Journal Entry: The priests of Amon officiating in the Necropolis are arrested and tortured by Pharaoh's soldiers. Free one of them from his cage before he is transferred to the capital!
Free Nedjem, priest of Amon, from his cage.
From Hiding in the Ruins go N, 3W, N, 3W, N, killing the elite Medjay guards along the way. Ensure you obtain "a bronze key" from one of the corpses. (Note: While it's tempting do not kill Yuya yet. That's needed for the next stage of the quest series.)
Nedjem will be in "A Canyon Dead-End" (A priest of Amon was made prisoner here and put in a bronze cage!)
- Ask Nedjem Help
Nedjem will thank you and tell you to meet him at the temple of Amon in Thebes (Room: Hiding in the Ruins)
Journal Free the priest of Amon will update & auto-complete.
From the cage go seeeseees, Nedjem will appear, ask him help and he will ask you to kill Yuya and get one of his keys, Yuya is sw from the cage and agg, killim, loot all his keys (you will need them later) and return to Nedjem, hand over a key (any one) and he will ask you to clear the priests out of the tombs.
To enter the tombs, prep up - they have a 2.5 hour instance timer so you wanna get it right.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT recall out of the tombs, you will be considered still in the instance and therefore unable to enter another.
###The Tomb of Amenhotep###
Go to The Tomb of Amenhotep, put a gold and blue key in the hole in the door (put gold hole). You fall into a safe room, there are a bunch of priests north, you need to kill them all, then another will spawn, and another and another. Once you have killed them all open the sarcophagus and get all, keep the beads, again, you will need them later. The Amulet of Bastet is also in this sarcophagus, it is for another quest in Indus Nile. The priests can also drop a canopic jar which is needed for one of the quests in Indus Nile (See Rosetta Stone Quest). To Exit the tomb return to the start and Push Stone.
###The Tomb of Tuthmosis###
At The Tomb of Tuthmosis in Ancient Egypt, put an azure-blue and ochre key in the door hole (put ochre hole) again you will drop into a safe room in the tomb, unlike the other tomb, this one needs to be done hard and fast, rush the room, kill rats as quick as you can, after two waves of rats there will be priests, then after a while there will be a shade that's the final mob (all of this can happen before you even leave the first room so be fast). Once you have killed everything open sarcophagus and loot it, again keep the beads, they are important.
After you have cleared both tombs return to Nedjem and ask him help, he will thank you and you get the whois.
