Go to 'The Seat of the Hebdomad' and ASK OPHANIM GATE, it will ask for a Mark of the Hebdomad, GIVE MARK OPHANIM.
Now move east to 'The Council Chamber' complete anything else you have to do there for example finishing the Methuselah quest, and then simply USE ARCHWAY to leave.
