You will find an invisible broken harp. Take the harp to Berling and give harp Berling. He will hand you a fixed harp.
Go to the animal tamer and ask tamer help. He will ask for an instrument. Give harp tamer.
Now just play harp until you tame an animal.
The area you're in within Svart defines which animal you're able to tame.

This tamed animal will become a charmed mob that will follow and teleport to you.
