Go to the jeweler and BUY 5*PERFUME, then find Faiza, the bellydancer and follow her. After some time passes, she will ask you to trade something. GIVE PERFUME DANCER each time she wants to trade and she will give you:
It can take a lot of time to do this quest (I once needed 7 hours 😂) but with a good book or 2 - 3 movies on video tape it shouldn't be a problem.
Just keep one eye on the screen incase the dancer wishes to trade or make a trigger that gives a bottle of perfume to the dancer.
The trigger text is: Faiza, the belly dancer whispers to you, 'Would you be willing to trade a bottle of perfume with me?'
You will get the whois upon receiving the pair of anklets.
NOTE: Sometimes she will ask for something else in your inventory if you're carrying it. For example I was carrying a gem and she asked for that. So try to keep your inventory clear of anything interesting besides the perfume.
