You must complete the quest where you earn the position of ringmaster before you can do this quest.
Ask Marius "duties" after having done the above quest.
- Go to "In the Centre Ring" at 6pm, Say Roll up, roll up, roll up! You'll get knocked the f- out by a sandbag.
- Serpentina will give you a note once you wake up, asking you to talk to her about giving her some of your sweet, sweet... help.
- Go wait behind the tent (3n of the Centre Ring) until Midnight.
- Go talk to the geek (E, N, D, W, S from Johnson)
- Kill Johnson then return to the geek
- Get moondust from the theater
- Return to the geek and give him the moondust
- Go to Madame Zeena and Give locket Zeena She'll talk a bit then Ask Zeena Tragedy. She'll talk some more then you'll Follow Zeena. Guess it's tea time. Now say to yourself, 'ooh, what a lovely tea party
She'll talk and her midwife-friend will show up. They'll talk.
- Ask Midwife Yes, she'll talk some more
- Find Zemke's Wife, Rose. She reads the letter, then Zemke shows up. Such drama. Much shame. Wow.
- Return to Zeena's, she'll unlock the door. Open and go west, to the midwife
- Go to the frightened young man, in the same room as the conjoined twins
- Give locket man, he says some stuff, then, Ask man yes
- Return to the midwife, at Zeena's
Player Note: I've tried this two times recently and both times have stood in a room with the Midwife and the Son - and nothing happened.
Different Player Note: Quest was completed 12.23.22 at 08:40pm system time without issue. Maybe y'all should try 'follow self' after you get done following Madame Zeena? Or even rest on a chair when she says to?

- Rose shows up and gives you a letter
- Go to Marius, give letter Marius
You get XP, info-lauds, and the Ringmaster's vest as well as the whois:
