You must first complete the <a href="/quests/details.html?id=147">elite guardsman quest</a>. Go to the Hungarian Ambassador's suite. He will give a pouch to you. Go to General Gales -- GIVE POUCH GALES -- he will lead you to the throne room and kill the king. You receive EXP.
