Return to the general; ASK GENERAL ELITE. He assigns you to dungeon duty. Find the manic guard in the southwest corner of the dungeon. ASK GUARD ELITE. He'll give a key to you. Go to the cell in the south-eastern corner. OPEN SOUTH. Go SOUTH; you will automatically kill the prisoner. You receive EXP . Return to the general.
